Position: Resident in Counseling

Location: Hybrid and Remote (In-person and Telehealth options available)
Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee

Schedule Expectations

This is a part-time position, averaging approximately 15 clinical hours per week.
Opportunities to increase hours and compensation are available with sustained caseload growth.

Compensation

$30–$45 per clinical hour, based on caseload and payer mix. Compensation increases with sustained caseload growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Active Resident in Counseling status in Virginia, or eligibility to apply

• Commitment to working with diverse populations

• Strong ethical foundation and compassionate approach to care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in CBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care

• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth sessions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
